HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) is a food safety management system. It is a legal requirement that all those working in any aspect of the food industry (baristas’ included) have achieved the certificate in this course. Once course is successfully complete a certificate is issued which will be recognised for a 3 year period by the HSE. This course will need to be refreshed when certificate expires.
