This 2 days course is designed for those who want to get a deeper understanding of sensory science and how can it be applied in the coffee industry. The main areas covered in this course are:

  • how do we taste, perceive and interpret
  • how to set up and run properly a cupping session
  • how to apply the sensory methodology to your business
  • Price Inclusive of SCAE Certificate

This course is packed with practical activities meant to boost your sensory skills.

At the end of this course you have the option to take a written and a practical exam which will bring you 15 points towards the Coffee Diploma.
