This is a 4 day practical training course covering a multitude of topics necessary for you to work in the coffee industry. This course is a follow on from our Licence To Work Level 1 (Barista Essentials) course. Over 4 more days you will have a huge amount of practical time on the machines, practicing the various drinks that can be ordered. You will also learn trade secrets on grinder calibration, customer service and workflow systems. The legislative courses in food safety and manual handling will be the cherry on top of your new look CV. Finally a day of work experience where you will work in real time with some of the best baristas in Europe. You will put into practice everything learned in the course.
* You may only avail of this course if you have completed WBA Licence To Work Level 1 (Barista Essentials).

Work Experience Information
The Work experience day will be arranged when you complete the final day of the practical classroom course !
Please note that the work experience date is usually within the following 2 weeks of the practical course completion!
