Feel enthused about coffee
“it was very interesting! i have used a coffee machine before in my old job & I found it confusing to use but my opinion has changed since doing this course. we were taught by Luca & his love for being a barista really came through in his teaching. I’m not a coffee drinker but he made me feel enthused about coffee :-). i had great fun but it was also very informative and easy for beginners like me to follow! i have recommended the course to my friends & family because i think it was very enjoyable! :-)) ”

“I did the one day barista essentials course today and I can't recommend it enough! So much information and practice packed into one day. I feel so much more confident applying for a barista job now and got a real sense for how an actual cafe would operate. Luca was a fantastic teacher and went above and beyond to make sure everyone understood what was being taught and everyone's questions were answered. Importance of customer service
“I recently did the Barista Essentials course because I was gifted a voucher from a family member. I understand that many people do this for career opportunities but I just did it for fun, as something different to do - and I’m so glad! It was such a fun and interesting day. The class was taught by the wonderful Luca. He was such a joy to spend the day with - so funny, friendly & knowledgeable! I went in expecting to learn from someone who’s passionate about coffee, but Luca was also so passionate about the role of being a barista in general. He really helped me understand the importance of customer service in the industry, which he excellently demonstrated himself! The whole day was a great experience & I would definitely recommend it to anyone who has even the slightest interest in coffee.”

Interest and enjoyment never waned
“I wouldn't be one to leave a review generally but I thought I would for the 1-day course I did at the Dublin Barista School. The day was terrific, from the beginning to the end and considering we were there for almost 7 hours, my interest and enjoyment never waned. Our tutor was Mike and he was a gentleman - he was always patient and always complimented our latte art even when it was terrible! He clearly loves his job and is very passionate about coffee. I would highly recommend this course.”

Able to start my job comfortably
“20 year old here, I did this course after 2 months of unsuccessfully trying to get a first job as a barista, then got work in less than a week of getting my certificate. Had great fun in the course, and really learned a lot - after completing the one day course and doing the online bit that followed, I was able to start my job comfortably. Everyone was really nice too.”
