This is a 5 day practical training course (WBA Level 1 & 2) covering a multitude of topics necessary for you to work in the coffee industry. Over the 5 days you will have a huge amount of practical time on the machines, practicing the various drinks that can be ordered. You will also learn trade secrets on grinder calibration, customer service and workflow systems.
The Licence to work in a combination of both our WBA Level 1 & Level 2. The certificate is only approved once each student successfully passes the exams at the end of the final classroom day.

Work Experience Information
The Work experience day will be arranged when you complete the final day of the practical classroom course !
Please note that the work experience date is usually within the following 2 weeks of the practical course completion!
