Licence to Work: Level 1 & 2

This is a 5 day practical training course (WBA Level 1 & 2) covering a multitude of topics necessary for you to work in the coffee industry. Over the 5 days you will have a huge amount of practical time on the machines, practicing the various drinks that can be ordered. You will also learn trade secrets on grinder calibration, customer service and workflow systems. We also complete HACCP Level 1 and Manual Handling courses which are legislative requirements when working in the hospitality industry. These certificates will last for 3 years once successfully completed. Finally a day of work experience where you will work in real time in one of our two coffee shops with some of the best baristas in Europe. You will put into practice everything learned in the course.
